I can’t believe I totally forgot about that time Hayami Akari got married to Kizaki Yuria! Like, how could I have forgotten about that one?!

As to why I am remembering it now, well, as I was browsing Nyaa for the latest drama episodes (and looking for a certain Nogizaka 4th Gen new drama), I saw that there was a new drama special for Koizumi-san! I have yet to finish getting it so I am not sure how it is connected to the Akari series but since there seems to be a whole new cast with the main still called Koizumi-san, I have a bad feeling!

All I gotta say is that this had better be a prequel of sorts or some other kid in a different school called Koizumi-san who also happens to love ramen because otherwise I am not gonna like it! Well, I guess the fact that there is no different Yuu with this Koizumi-san and while there is another meganekko, her name is not Misa so I really don’t know. I am leaning towards it being a prequel though. Please be a prequel!

The new Koizumi (or old if it is the past) is to be played by Sakurada Hiyori, whom most of you might know from Saki Achiga-hen drama as Shizuno, who was Madoka’s friend before she ran into Saki. But that is a story for another time. And I will be writing about it seeing as even back then Koizumi was a girl magnet!

Anyway, the special I am talking about today is about the Koizumi we all know with her obsessive girl Yuu going bonkers over the arrival or a love rival in Yuria’s character! The episode of course was all about Koizumi-san going around eating ramen but this time it was almost like a romantic drama! Yuu was so threatened she literally started having nightmares about her love!

Speaking of nightmares, that wedding one was such a shock to my system I am laughing now why I had taken it so seriously. I guess I, like Yuu, was that invested in their relationship! If only they had actually kissed! Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers and really, the fact that we got a wedding at all is to be celebrated in and of itself! Heck, there was even a ring slip, both of them!

I have one question though, how in the name of all that is holly was Yuria taller than Akari in that scene?! She was probably standing on a few steps, hahaha!

Funnier still was that every time Yuu woke from her nightmares, just as she was releasing a breath of relief, it turned out she only woke into a painful reality each time because Noa (Yuria) would choose that time to show up and do something with Koizumi-san that totally put Yuu on edge! I swear, sometimes I thought she would start a fight!

It got so bad that she even made Koizumi-san mad at her at one point, which is expected because we see it all the time when people do stupid things when in love and end up hurting the ones they love. But at least during one of these moments, she won herself a kabe-don! I only wish it wasn’t under such circumstances though, probably so does Yuu!

Anyway, in the end things ended on a happy, or should I say, normal note! Still, I am waiting to see Koizumi-san recognise or at least show some reaction to Yuu’s affections for her! That will probably be in a future SP that is more serious than normal, hopefully!

In the meantime, I will be checking out that 2^nd SP seeing as the four will still be in it somewhat. Maybe they will show where Koizumi-san, Yuu and Noa stand? Hey, I can dream…

Anyway, that is that.
