I literally have no idea where to begin! It’s close to midnight but I don’t want to even wait a few hours to post about this Music Video, because My God! I haven’t been this smacked since Kataomoi FINALLY! And I just like, literally just talked about that SKE48 Music Video in the very last post!

Like, how astronomical are these odds!?!!

Kataomoi FINALLY!

I am not bringing this up just because of the super 100% undiluted IDOL gayness! No, the relation doesn’t stop there! I was literally being bombarded with flashbacks to that Music Video with almost every other scene! An overview shot of Rena laying in the fields (the girl here on the rooftop). The Kuminon Award-Winning bathroom scene, totally homaged here in the very scene you see in the caps above! The love rivals, just like WMatsui had! Speaking of WMatsui, their street scene (the ear-licking scene) was vibed by the rooftop kissing scene!

I am sitting here, this late in the night, my mind truly blown! Like, I know nothing at all, like, about this FES-TIVE group at all! Like, I have literally like, never even heard of them until today! Like, I have to thank the Twitter user who I was so lucky to follow that I chanced by a post of theirs that had a screencap of this MV with a YouTube link to the video! Otherwise I would be in complete darkness, probably not forever but probably for a long time, since I don’t actively browse Tumblr anymore!

But what of the Music Video itself?! I! Frikkin! Love it! Like, that is should not even be a question! I haven’t seen a gay music video so satisfying as this!!! Heck, I would even say that overall is it better than Kataomoi FINALLY!

The impossible is finally possible! Moore was right! Whatever can happen will happen! If Kataomoi FINALLY came into this world, it is only logical that something better can also come into this world and while as improbable as it seemed, here we are!

Now, not to mistake this with this Music Video besting KataFina on the core gayness scale! And don’t think that it is my favourite Lesbian Music Video! No, that title still goes to ABANDONED! Kuminon’s kiss in KataFina is also still leagues ahead of any kiss in this Music Video! So, where is YuraGokoro (This MV) besting KataFina?

Well, first I mentioned ‘any kiss’, meaning that there was more than one! But that is not of such value since I said that they couldn’t beat Kuminon’s meaning that they held back somewhat! Not in the sense that the girls didn’t actually kiss, because they did, but in that sense that the producers and director got cold feet and they would either cut to a farther camera as their lips are touching or place cameras at a weird angle where the sceptics can still feel justified in thinking that they are fake kisses!

In that sense alone, it loses! But in everything else, it’s a win-win! Well, okay, maybe also the fact that I am not familiar with group can be considered a lost point, not in the sense of taking it away but not earning it in the first place! It I was familiar with them, like say, Team Yasusu or Tokyo Girls’ Style, then well, opinions would differ greatly!

But the biggest WIN for this Music Video has to be hands down, the story and the relationship! I haven’t seen a music video that stayed course like YuraGokoro does since ABANDONED! I have seen very few MVs that have kept the focus on the yuri and that the pacing was kept in line despite the usual cut away to the dance parts! ABANDONED managed it because they did not have those unnecessary dance parts.

This MV keeps on the pace and the ships are…God the ships! Well, the SHIP! There was obviously a lot of rivals for our girl! But luckily for her, the love interest seemed to have feelings for her as well and thus she managed to push away the advances of the other girls and stay true to our girl! This is stuff of legends dear Readers! This is my favourite IDOL LESBIAN MV! ABANDONED girls I don’t consider Idols, more like actresses! And even if they were Idols, RED PEOPLE is not a group and more like an Agency! So they don’t count!

But in terms of pure gayness and epicness KATAFINA still reigns! I have yet to get over that Kuminon bathroom kiss, six years and more later! Actually, if we only think of the first time we saw KATAFINA, it is 7 years now!

Speaking of that legendary Idol Lesbian MV, I realised as I was searching for a reference post, that I don’t have a dedicated post about KATAFINA! That is blasphemy! That’s madness!! That is a SIN! I need to correct that as soon as possible! Like, how in the hell can I not have a dedicated KATAOMOI FINALLY post!!!?

That’s unacceptable! So expect it soon Ladies and Gentlemen! Yes, I am well aware it’s been seven years since we learned of it but come on, that is one sin that will prevent me from getting to Yuri heaven! I need to correct it and confess to the powers of Yuri that be!
