Oh God, where to start!

I guess I should start but saying it again – Tokyo Girls’ Style IS THE BEST EVER!!! Years later, even after leaving the ‘Idol World’ behind and going ‘Solo’ artist, they are still my favourite Girl group! Yes, Girl Group! Before T-ara left us they were my favourite JPOP Group! Now that T-ara is…is…they are THE Girl Group!

Oh how they’ve grown! I was there with them since day 1! I was there when it was just Miyu in Junior High and the others were but babies! Their first single is still stuck in my head, so is 14 out of all their A sides and don’t get me started on that special Anime Lo song performance let alone Tsuioku!

Getting back on track, let’s begin with the ‘FAUX’ ships that start off the PV, in Yuri/Miyu and Mei/Hitomi! Now of course if you know me you know I am not opposed to these ships, in fact I have a special soft spot for MiyuYuri. The fact that I think of them as the ‘Boys’ of the Group (even though Yuri has actually turned very feminine recently) there is something hot about them two being together! And if I am that hot on the ‘boys’ you know where I stand when it comes to the ‘girls’!

But I have to confess that seeing this at the beginning lowered my happiness a tad! I even gave up and decided to soak in Miyu whispering ‘things’ into Yuri’s ear and Hitomi and Mei playing the apple game and having hand sex during a picnic!

I See Ur Hands Ladies!!!!

You wanna know why TGS is my favourite Girls’ group?!

THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN!!!!

On every single they release there is a song that I can’t get out of my head! Out of all the PVs they have released, almost more than half are GAY and half of that are Waaay GAY! And no, I don’t mean that they kiss or make out a la Hailey style but you should know this if you are a regular here! I have a peculiar taste when it comes to yuri!

Anyway TGS went and hit me with the real ships half way through the PV and I nearly died! You would think that after all this time, after all their releases, you would think that my body has at least come up with a anti-body to fight off the attacks but alas!

To be fair though, I wasn’t expecting this, like at all! This single came right of the left field! I guess that is the one downside of them leaving the Idol World behind! And man, how they’ve grown, and yet they are still the same! Like, you wouldn’t even believe it that they are all in Uni, even sweet little Hiichan that was in Elementary when they first begun!

Jesus, I feel old already!

And oh, how I wish that the song was title “Kiss wa Ageru” / I will give you a kiss  – instead of “Kiss wa Agenai” / No kiss For You! But really, as we all know (intellectuals only) the tease is much better than the plate service and the song being about ‘the wait until love is ripe’ is so much better and so much alluring than if they just flat out went kissing like crazy!

And while I would totally enjoy that, I have a feeling it would have thrown me off pretty hard! Yeah, let’s just wait that little longer for the right time and I am sure that when it finally comes, it will be that more delicious!

No bias here (I swear) but once again HitoMiyu won over MeiYuri! That Faux Scissoring, the Hand Sex, the Seduction Game and finally, Hiichan being the Top for once! Yeah, MeiYuri had a tough battle! But not to say that they did not put up a fight! I am still hang over the fact that they have ‘yuri’ in their ship name so those are default points! Also they have point of having the ‘realness’ of their relationship off screen! You see then and you are like ‘ Yup, they are together!’

Anyway, I already love the song and the beat and what’s interesting too is the way that their choreo incorporates almost all of their previous dances! When you see them you are like…
