Seriously, to this day I am still asking myself why Maachun was moved to AKB48! Why?! So she wasn’t at the level of SayaMilky in NMB but even there without the rankings you still felt the powerful presence she had! She was the life of the N stages, their shows, and the butter to the bread that is Sayanee!
I mean just take this clip for example. This is this year’s show. Just feel how so in sync she ahd Sayanee are! Even after this time apart they are still so connected! And she is even funnier than when she is in AKB! I have been noticing that actually! Her talent that makes her so lovely is disappearing into the wind the more time she spends in AKB! Hell, it is even affecting us fans, if this Sousenkyou is any indication! I mean come on, Maachun not making it has to be the clearest message to AKS I have never seen!!
Give this girl back to NMB!!!

She was basically traded for Umeda, Reina and Lemon a win win for Yoshimoto as Reina a nd Umeda are both captains since Nana left and Emika took a sabbatical. Lemon was advised by Yoshimoto during her kennin to make her move permanent as she wanted to learn variety. However it’s not just Maachan, Chiori has suffered the same fate whereas her comedy partner in HKT Tani who went to SKE has become a rising star. I had this discussion yesterday with HKT fans and the solution is like with Lemon, a six month kennin similar to probation where both management and the member decide if they are comfortable with a permanent move.

The big difference is Yoshimoto have been going for over 100 years they have their own Universities in Osaka and Tokyo where they train everyone from tea ladies to comedians actors and cameramen, in other words they are professional. AKS and AKB are the upstarts run by a guy who writes songs, even the managers are moved around SKE started to decline when Papa Yuasa was moved to AKB, HKT manager had totally lost control and HKT only succeeded when Ozaki and Sashi took over, NMB on the other hand have had the same manager since the beginning its called continuity. Yoshimoto new they had 2 replacements for Maachan in Anchu eater of live octopus and konomin in fact Konomin did the choreography for BII new song. Ririka was selected as the only draftee for Team N trained for 12 months on a 1 to 1 basis by Keichi and now we have a new centre and probably Sayanee’s replacement as leader when she graduates. Every little thing is planned for with Yoshimoto whereas AKS stumble making one mistake after another, no replacement for Rena in SKE, Yui from fans and media experts is not cut out for the role of General Manager, why in Takamina’s case let someone hang around for 12 months after announcing her graduation if your going go.

Doesn’t make sense then if that’s the case. Why would Yoshimoto, who obviously loved her so much as to have her in the front during singles to instead choose to give her away to AKB?

I don’t know, Ainyan wasn’t that bad when she left too, maybe the want to try something new, or don’t know. But yeah, I have no proof, just something that someone read somewhere xD.
For Yoshimoto it’s weird that she’s still in their website, away from NMB member list, saying that she AKB if she’s not with them anymore. And why would let her to be in their YNN if she’s not in Yoshimoto anymore ? :v I don’t really understand how they work x_x.
And even on her official page they say that she’s in Yoshimoto http://www.akb48.co.jp/about/members/detail.php?mid=223 >< So i don't understand why.

And to this date this is probably the worst decision that was made to NMB 😡 at least when Yuria got pulled from SKE she became a senbatsu mem but Maachun deserved much better than how they treated her in AKB
