As our very own Fandom proved last AKB Kouhaku, it’s not the number of votes that count but who voted! So even if Yukirin was only 8th (Rena 10th and Sashiko 1st), I was at peace with the results. It was interesting to see that these girls that can be considered current and future aces of their respective sister groups chose Yukirin!
Ryoha-chan called Yukirin the The Almighty! Well, we all know and so does a few members that even though she gives off an air of not being able to do anything, she actually is great at things when it gets to doing the job (as Kojiharu said herself in that interview for Green Flash).
Sayanee on the other hand thinks that she would still be hot even in 20 years! Dear Sayanee, does that mean that you think Yukirin is hot right now? Oh ho…Not that it is a secret, and I am not saying this because I’m a fan. Yukirin is one of the two or three or maybe the only AKB member to rank in the top 10 of these Japanese Female Entertainers that you would want to make your wife! That list includes the likes of Ayase Haruka, Aragaki Yui, Ishihara Satomi, Horikita Maki etc…Basically, super killer ranking and Yukirin was in one of these! In the Top 10! Can you just imagine if she was into acting and in movies?!! Her power is really frightening!
Then there is Sakura-tan who likened her to the legendary Matsuda Seiko – The Eternal Idol! Sakura wins points for in that phrase, she made me know how closely she watches, how interested she is in Yukirin. She remembers Yukirin dream of being an Eternal Idol and since Matsuda Seiko is the Eternal Idol, then her thinking of Yukirin as Seiko-sama was a secretive way of reminding us of Yukirin’s dream! Love you Sakura, fight Sakura!
Seriously though, is it me or has Yukirin been in most of these rankings! That’s like real evidence of the Almighty that can do anything which Ryoha-chan was talking about! And even more evidence is that she hasn’t ranked 1st in any of them but if she did, it wouldn’t be that interesting now, would it! Quick research shows in fact that she has been in the most rankings, 6 to be exact. Nyanyan and Milky follow her with five! Oh my Goddess, Y U so perf!
Ah, do I need to say how much I love Yukirin anymore? Do I really? I have never felt so sure, so satisfied so proud of a choice than to have her as my Kami of Kamis!

Ahh this Shirabe, what a show it turned out to be for Yukirin, she always seems to get on these rankings!!! Guess it just goes to show us all what a truly great all rounder she is in looks, skills and personality, well that and the what seems to be ever grown bunch of AKS fangirls know as the Kashiwagi Children 😀
I wonder if there is something about Yukirin and the Aces of the group, I mean look at it in the greater context, I mean obviously these three chose her hear and all praised her, and then we look at Sayanee and Sakura past just this (don’t deny Sakura we all know!!!) then begin to look through other aces, Sasshi and her are great freinds, Sakura loves her (don’t deny Sakura!!!!) Milky calls herelf Yuki’s little sister, Jurina and Yuki get on to at least some regard, there is obviously YukiRena (enough said!!) Acchan had her own special nickname for Yuki, There was that whole thing about Yuko thanking Yuki for something and then of course there is Mayu!!!

She is just something else, isn’t she! Which makes me wonder why management don’t see her greatness. Maybe they actually know and afraid of her because of this? Oh well, at least she seems to be attracting Shinobu’s attention now and that might be a way for her to be acknowledged. I mean they can’t keep turning the blind eye especially how fond of Yukirin Souchan has gotten lately.
Actually, maybe this has been going on for a while. We saw that scene in the Show Must Go On documentary which seems like ages ago now. They were that much close then and as you mentioned, the secrets with Yuko we shall never know, well, not until Yukirin’s solo documentary maybe.

Though artistically I think Yukirin has more similarities with Goto Maki, In part the lack of attention by the staff was due to Yukirin’s own coy. She’s definitely a top class performer — in spite of some of her childish moments — deserving to be reckoned with the likes of Homaki, Aragaki and Ishihara. Personally I would love to see Horikita Maki and Yukirin together — add Shibasaki Kou to the mix, for absolute OVERKILL. Yukirin is a terrific artist, a force of nature. There is no denying it. She has this enigmatic quality to turn almost anyone into a fan. To get Acchan to call her a person “she can talk about anything” in less than one night, that is several notches above the freight.
Her charisma is over the charts, she’s an absolute muse! That’s your answer, why can she be so awesome? Because she’s the Muse. (All seven merged into one!).

You never know. She might not be in movies anytime soon but she still is in dramas and Maki-chan is actually in more dramas than movies so chances of them being together are not that unheard of.
Then Yukirin will somehow manage to seduce Maki into the Yukirin world like she did Sasaki and Pamyurin ( Kyari Pamyu Pamyu)

Homaki, part of Yukirin World? Are you trying to kill me!? Perhaps Nishikido Ryo is secretly a Yukirin oshi! A drama with Horikita Maki would certainly be awesome. If that happens then she must perform together with Goto Maki next. It makes sense! She’s Morning Musume’s infiltrator in AKB48. Togasaki and Akimoto wanted to keep her under control, but when they realised she was one of their biggest assets, the let her a bit loose.
I wonder, Acchan’s reaction, when she found out Yukirin was undercover? (^^)V Got my fingers crossed for a drama with Shibasaki Kou, Yukirin and Horikitia Maki and for the male actors… Nishikido Ryo and Kaname Jun (again), Watanabe Ken and just for fun’s sake KimuTaku, lol. OK, that’ll never happen…Or it may as well…

No comment on the male actors but maybe Gouriki would be fine too. If she does play her tomboy role again and Yukirin is one of the girls then..
