That’s right you all! Nanase takes the crown for the second time in a row and this has got to be the shortest period between singles so far I’ve seen! Other than that though, this was so very boring!
I mean come on! the frikkin face moving to back is like moving Acchan backwards! Now frankly it doesn’t work like that over there but she is still the Ace! And as far as I can see Ikoma-kun has come a very long way since the beginning! She is really great at variety now and she never fails to put a smile on my face every time compared to her Centre days! So moving lower makes zero sense to me!
Then there’s Miona! For crying out loud she is the 2nd gen Ace and the only 2nd gen in this senbatsu! No kidding yo, there is only one 2nd gen in this senbatsu! Makes you scratch your head wondering WTH all these 2nd Gens came here for this episode for!
I am of course happy that Minami-chwan came back to senbatsu! No surprise because honestly, she belongs there so I was only a bit happy but not surprisingly so very so.
Really, other than Nanase centring this single, this was just so bland! I mean usually doing things like shuffling important members like Ikoma and Miona were here would be a cause for drama but this time it’s just…meh! And 10 Deities? Please! If you want to tell the world how important you think of Ikoma, then frikking move her forward not to the back and expanding the coverage to include her.
Also congrats to Yamato Rina for her first ever Senbatsu ranking! Was a bit surprised when I found out this was her first. Seriously, Nogizaka has too many memorable girls. It needs to do more singles or songs per single!
Any way, no much more to talk about so here are the aps…

It’s funny to think that now Ikoma would be a pretty darn good center, much better then when she was actually center, Hoping that she will get back up there, where I have to say I think she does kinda belong…. (Though Nanase is a great choice too)
I feel a bit sorry for the 2nd gens, I feel as though right now they are the equivalent of the earlier but not 1st or 2nd gen (maybe 3rd) in that they are going to get overlooked generally because the earlier gens are still fresh/young enough and the ones who are know enough to be used in the singles, even if they have great members…..
Though interestingly the large part of that Nogizaka Senbatsu is into it’s 20’s….. though I guess that’s, well maybe not the norm but because of AKB early tewnties are not seen as “old” as maybe they once were
